The legal nature of the relationship between the user who owns the cryptocurrency and the wallet service provider is a matter of dispute in Iranian law as well as in many other legal systems. This article, employing an analytical-descriptive method, seeks to answer the question of whether this relationship falls under the category of traditional service contracts or can be recognized under the heading of "modern deposit (trusteeship)." The findings indicate that due to characteristics such as the lack of physical possession, the retention of the private key by the user in certain models, and the provider's role being limited to the transmission of signed data, not all instances can be subsumed under classical deposit. In contrast, in custodial wallets where the provider holds the private key, the relationship leans more closely toward modern deposit and can be analyzed under the regulations governing financial institutions and custodians of client assets. کیف‌پول‌های رمزارزی از فناوری‌های بنیادین در بستر زنجیره‌بلوکی هستند که ذخیره، انتقال و مدیریت دارایی‌های رمزنگاری شده را ممکن می‌سازند. ماهیت حقوقی رابطه میان کاربر مالک رمزارز و ارائه‌دهنده خدمات کیف پول، در حقوق ایران و بسیاری از نظام‌های حقوقی، محل مناقشه است. این مقاله با روش تحلیلی‑توصیفی به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که آیا این رابطه از مقوله قرارداد خدماتی سنتی است یا می‌توان آن را ذیل عنوان «امانتداری نوین» بازشناخت. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که به دلیل ویژگی‌هایی مانند عدم تصرف فیزیکی، نگهداری کلید خصوصی توسط خود کاربر در برخی الگوها، و نقش ارائه‌دهنده صرفاً در انتقال داده‌های امضا شده، نمی‌توان تمام مصادیق را در قالب امانت کلاسیک گنجاند. در مقابل، در کیف‌پول‌های امانی که ارائه‌دهنده کلید خصوصی را در اختیار دارد، رابطه به امانتداری نوین نزدیک‌تر است و با مقررات حاکم بر نهادهای مالی و نگهدارندگان دارایی مشتری قابل تحلیل می‌باشد. /downloadfilepdf/1234262
