AI technology has the potential to revolutionize the way contracts are created, reviewed and managed, making the process faster, more efficient and less error-prone. The concept of obligations in artificial intelligence is one of the most important and attractive topics in the field of information and communication technology. This article examines this issue and its importance. These obligations can be contractually determined between humans and artificial intelligence or simply include legal and ethical obligations that artificial intelligence must comply with. One of the most important aspects of obligations in artificial intelligence is their moral significance. Intelligent machines must fully comply with the rights and privacy of people and refrain from any violation of these rights. Due to the rapid growth of artificial intelligence, the importance of obligations in this field has also increased. In order to ensure people's trust in this technology, it is necessary that obligations are fully met and no violations occur. However, the development and implementation of obligations in artificial intelligence needs further research and should be considered with regard to legal, ethical and technical issues. The purpose of this article is to deal with the importance of artificial intelligence in the regulation of contracts for the legal community. Also, in addition to examining contractual obligations and the use of artificial intelligence in contracts, how to compensate damages by artificial intelligence will be examined یکی از جذاب‌ترین توسعه‌ها در حوزه حقوق در سال‌های اخیر استفاده از هوش مصنوعی (AI) در نگارش قراردادها می باشد. فناوری AI پتانسیل انقلابی را برای روش‌های ایجاد، بررسی و مدیریت قراردادها دارد که فرایند را سریع‌تر، کارآمدتر و کمتر خطاگر می‌کند. مفهوم تعهدات در هوش مصنوعی یکی از موضوعات بکر و مهم و جذاب در زمینه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است. در این مقاله به بررسی این موضوع و اهمیت آن پرداخته شده است. این تعهدات می‌توانند به صورت قراردادی بین انسان و هوش مصنوعی تعیین شوند یا صرفا شامل تعهدات قانونی و اخلاقی باشند که هوش مصنوعی باید رعایت کند. یکی از مهمترین جنبه‌های تعهدات در هوش مصنوعی، اهمیت اخلاقی آنها است. ماشین‌های هوشمند باید به طور کامل از حقوق و حریم شخصی افراد پیروی کنند و از هرگونه نقض این حقوق خودداری کنند.با توجه به رشد سریع هوش مصنوعی، اهمیت تعهدات در این حوزه نیز افزایش یافته است. برای اطمینان از اعتماد افراد به این فناوری، لازم است که تعهدات به صورت کامل رعایت شوند و هیچگونه نقضی روی ندهد. با این وجود، توسعه و پیاده‌سازی تعهدات در هوش مصنوعی نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتری دارد و باید با توجه به موارد قانونی، اخلاقی و فنی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. هدف این مقاله پرداختن به اهمیت هوش مصنوعی در تنظیم قراردادها برای جامعه حقوقی می باشد همچنین علاوه بر بررسی تعهدات قراردادی وکاربرد هوش مصنوعی در قراردادها، نحوه جبران خسارت در آن توسط هوش مصنوعی مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. /downloadfilepdf/273959
